You’re part of Sales NL, but you work from our head office in Mechelen. From there, you support our Dutch customers and sales colleagues, making sure the commercial process runs smoothly from quotation to delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What awaits you<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’re an important link between our Dutch customers, Sales NL, suppliers and your colleagues in Mechelen. Our customers operate in sectors where reliability, technical knowledge and efficiency are crucial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • You draw up quotations, follow them up actively, and make sure all information is correct and complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You process customer orders and monitor the process from order to delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You track prices, product specifications, availability and delivery times with our suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You manage customer, contact, item and price data, keeping it up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You become a true expert in our ERP\/CRM system and use it to organise your work, and that of your colleagues, as efficiently as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You answer customer questions by phone and email, and help monitor our sales and info inboxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You support Sales NL with tenders, making sure the necessary information is gathered and processed on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You request technical documents and certificates from suppliers, such as RoHS, REACH, CMRT and COO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You maintain contact with suppliers regarding prices, orders, MOQs, discounts and lead times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You pitch in wherever needed and work with your colleagues to ensure continuity within Sales Support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    But above all: you think along with the team. Do you notice a delivery is at risk of running late, information is missing, or something could be done more efficiently? Then you don’t wait for someone to bring the problem to you \u2014 you take action yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What you bring<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      A specific diploma isn’t decisive for us. We mainly look at what you can do, how you work, and what you bring to the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Support or similar commercial back-office role is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You have experience with an ERP and\/or CRM system and aren’t afraid to get to grips with new systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You also use English and French fluently in a professional context.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You work in a structured and administratively precise way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • An affinity with technology, industrial electronics or IT is a plus, but not a requirement. An interest in getting to know our products and market matters just as much.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        A Belgian workplace, a Dutch focus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        You work for our Dutch market and are part of Sales NL, but your fixed workplace is our head office in Mechelen. That means you work closely with your Dutch sales colleagues on a daily basis, as well as with colleagues from our other teams in Belgium. This puts you literally close to the technical and operational knowledge you need to help customers quickly. After your onboarding period, there’s the option to work from home up to one day a week. Because Inside Sales is also responsible for daily availability and coverage, we value collaboration in the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
