Warehouse Manager at Microtron

As Warehouse Manager, you ensure everything in the warehouse runs efficiently. From receiving and storage to picking, shipping and inventory management. You keep the overview, communicate smoothly with colleagues and suppliers, and actively think along about improvements.

No two days are the same. One moment you are checking incoming deliveries, the next you are optimizing processes or resolving stock discrepancies.

What will you do?

• Receive and inspect incoming goods
• Organize warehouse storage and flow
• Manage inventory and monitor stock levels
• Coordinate picking, packing and shipping
• Communicate with transport partners and suppliers
• Handle returns and discrepancies
• Process deliveries correctly in the system
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements

What do we expect from you?

• You work in an organized and accurate way
• You are hands-on and solution-oriented
• You communicate easily and enjoy teamwork
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
• Affinity with technology or industrial IT is a plus
