Delivery & Collection
Our customer service keeps you informed about the status of your order. You have the option to have your order delivered or to collect it yourself. Collection is possible at our warehouse in Mechelen (Generaal De Wittelaan 7, 2800 Mechelen). You are welcome Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 12 PM and 1 PM – 5 PM.

RMA, Returns & Repairs
Is your device defective and still under warranty, or has your device given up after the warranty period but you still want to have it repaired? Log in to our RMA portal and we'll provide you with the necessary information to return your goods. Our RMA service keeps you updated on your repair.
