Business Expansion Specialist Wallonia

Microtron is a dynamic company with a close-knit and stable team, specializing in customer-focused industrial computer solutions. We distribute industrial computers and electronic components from various renowned brands. We operate throughout the Benelux region, focusing on markets such as Industrial Automation, Defense & Security, Agriculture, and Transportation & Logistics. To strengthen our team in Wallonia, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Expansion Specialist.

What will you be doing as a Business Expansion Specialist?

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our business and strengthening existing customer relationships in Belgium, specifically in the Wallonia region.

• Developing new business
  You will proactively seek out new customers and promising projects. Thanks to your professional knowledge of our products and services, you will be able to perfectly address their needs.
• Building relationships
  Through your personal approach, you will build strong and lasting relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Conducting sales meetings
  You are a persuasive negotiator capable of handling discussions at various levels. You listen to the client’s needs and translate them into solutions that truly make a difference.
• Customer management
  In addition to seeking out new business, you ensure that you maintain a good relationship with all customers. Regular contact and personal attention are central to this.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education and thinking
• You have some initial work experience in a commercial role
• Fluency in French and English is a must. Knowledge of Dutch and German is a plus.
• An affinity with our industry and products is an advantage.
• You are a natural communicator and can build relationships in a personal and professional manner. You are an excellent negotiator at various levels.
• You have a flexible mindset and are always on the lookout for new opportunities and possibilities.
